President Trump

One-trick ponies, indeed.

What are you thinking about right now?

What the hell? If you could replicate any meat, why the hell would you even choose human meat. Just bring some chicken with you on the spaceship, jeez.
The counterquestion is, why wouldn't you? There's no particular reason why it would be inferior to other types of meat. There's a social stigma against it now, but I can definitely see that slowly disappearing over time once synethetic meat came into existance.

I think this is the one time that logic doesn't apply. It's just kinda bleh, due to being raised to think so. It would have to be a life or death situation for me to eat human meat.

You seem to have given it a little bit too much thought.

Holy shit, I had no idea there was another EVO game (although what we got does look far more interesting)

I've watched a Let's Play of it. It's one of those reeeaaally grindy RPGs. It has got the whole evolution thing (much simpler though) and takes place from the past to the future, but if you're looking for a game similar to EVO: Search for Eden you're probably going to be disappointed.

It is a good thing that we have millions of people educated on thousands of different topics. I'm not sure about you, but I'd rather not live in a country with 300 million engineers.

I, on the other hand, think that would be awesome. I can only imagine all the cool stuff that would get built.

The reason it's undervalued is because there's more artists than there's demand. It's because it sounds very attractive to work as an artist (and probably is if you succeed) and it's also something that you can do as a hobby and still get as good at as so-called professionals with worthless degrees.

As a sidenote: You can probably learn everything theoretical most art degrees teach you in a couple of weeks on the net and then practicing the actual art yourself. That makes it actually worse to take those degrees than teaching yourself.

Speaking of useless education. The schools really does their best to fool gullible people into picking their school with educations that prepare you for absolutely nothing, but sounds interesting (to some).
Theatre Arts? More like dishwasher arts.
Philosophy? Think hard about all the burgers you'll flip. Might give a job as a philosophy teacher. Hurray, you can educate more burger flippers.
Art Therapy? Just what.
And Gender Studies. Special snowflakes has been on the rise, and so Gender Studies has become alot more common. One of the worst educations for getting any job except blogging about X oppressing the blogger or becoming an expert on absolutely nothing on TV. I'd take basket weaving over that any day of the week.

President Trump

Why is it that every single discussion on RMN always end up being about racism or bigotry?
You guys always steer the topic into the same old every single time. It's starting to look like an obsession to me. I just wanted to discuss whiny people D:

President Trump

On a lighter note, let's discuss the people that whined when Trump hinted that he might not accept the outcome of the election that are now doing exactly what they whined about, except ten times worse. If it's so important to them to accept the outcome of an election, how about they do exactly that themselves? Calling for assassinations and rioting, really?
I find this deeply ironic.

President Trump

Alright, so it's some magical mysterious unknown phenomenon that happened then. If you're fine with that explanation, by all means enligthen me. What actually was this phenomenon then? I dunno, but you'd probably have to make a bunch of assumptions to believe that explanation, too.

I'm gonna choose to believe that a certain sort of people become journalists, and this sort of people tend to not like Trump. And this colored the way they did the polls in a small but decisive way.
Another explanation I could believe could be that all the journalists tend to live in areas where people vote for Clinton, and they did their polls in those areas.
Maybe even a combination of both.

President Trump

Do tell, what is this mysterious phenomenon that occured that swinged polls in the same direction?
The simplest explanation is almost always the correct one. It's not good to be too trusting of people, even if you agree with their opinions.
