I dunno if it's the same guy, I thought it was just "RedYoshi". Why make it "BigRed"? I would think that the actual guy would have enough sense to figure out how to use RMN. Especially when there is no other thread promoting games and your greeted with game profiles on the main page.

This kind of thread is how things worked on the official SMBX forums. There is a section for these kinds of topics and it's how you promote your game. This guy probably just doesn't know how things work on this site or thinks this kind of thing is ok to do.

The SMBX forums went down a while ago. It gives error 404 now but yesterday it loaded a page saying the forum was "offline indefinitely". Maybe this guy migrated to RMN from there. RedYoshi is the guy known for compiling *ahem* over 9000 custom tiles for the engine so his name has some weight behind it on that scene.

It's worth noting that the SMBX forums sucked ass. They would also attack RMNbros out of the blue. It was used as a benchmark of how shitty your Mario game is. "nobody want's to see another RMN bros" lol

its not usually the tool that's crappy, it's the person using it. plus there's the tool your using to control the tool(mouse vs tablet)

this topic is quite misguided. it's not evolution ruining things, its human nature that's so destructive
