Unfortunately, I think it takes experience to learn this as I'm not sure I would have listened to you when I was 13 years old- the sad thing is I don't think anyone who hasn't already learned this lesson will actually listen to you.

Despite my team name being a parody of "Team Shanghai Alice", I might actually look to find some members to do some classic sprites. Nothing says insane old school like 16x16 pixel character sprites on an HDR/Radiosity lit 3D scene with video card shader effects.
