Regarding commercial RM games...
Okay, first off, if I posted this in the wrong spot, please move this for me, alright? I haven't been posting enough to be able to determine that much on my end.
Er... *ahem* okay, here are the questions I have in mind for this thread, if you guys don't mind answering:
1) What would be considered the flat rate for an RPG Maker game, as in, one without the fancy gimmicks of most commercial games of the type?
2) What would you be willing to pay for an RPG Maker game with custom graphics, but no custom anything else?
3) What would you be willing to pay for an RPG Maker game with custom audio, but no custom anything else?
4) What would you be willing to pay for an RPG Maker game with custom scripts, but no custom anything else?
5) What would you be willing to pay for an RPG Maker game with custom movie files, but no custom anything else?
6) What would you be willing to pay for an RPG Maker game with custom stuff in two or more categories?
I'm just asking this in advance, because I'm planning to develop a commercial RPG Maker game that would have more bang for the dollar, if that even makes sense. I'm still in the process of determining the details regarding this game, though I do know it'll be a science fantasy game, at least to some degree.

Hey, I'm sorta new to this particular thread, even though I've been a member for a rather long time (starting when I joined as Xamusel_Uzumaki). Well, anyway, here's what I'm working on (because I don't have anything to show for it yet, I'd like it if you could keep any comments on that subject to yourself, please).
At present, I am working on an RMVXA game, mainly one set in an alternate universe of the Naruto canon (please, don't get on my case about it being a fangame, and don't get on my case about it being based on Naruto). It might not seem like much, but I wish to avert the canon ending of the Naruto manga, not make it so that the game goes down the canon path. As of right about now, I've just gotten started with the game from the beginning of its development, including the opening sequence that I had to borrow from the original show (mainly because it would prove helpful if I used it to demonstrate at what point the game starts).
No, I don't intend to keep the majority of canon events, that would suck if they stayed... especially the part where Naruto was an orphan. So, instead, I'm reworking the Naruto storyline from the ground up... and making sure that many (if not all) of the plot holes get filled up.

Anyway, I've tried to link it to my account, but I never figured out how to do it properly... might be doing it wrong or something.
EDIT: Turns out, I don't seem to have all the features possible for letting me link my account to here, which is a bummer. I'll take a screenshot of the page and show you what I mean.
