How do you leave the cabinet dungeon?

Which cabinet dungeon is that? Where is it? I am tired of just shuffling my feet here. Must be some other place I need to go at this point.

In the inn where all the animals live. After that I grabbed a boat headed west to some castle.

I'm stuck. I finished the delivery quest from the armor shop but after that, I can't go through the tunnels or the tower because my character is to scared to go alone, I can't recruit anyone cause the headmaster has no time for teenager class characters and the mayor is too busy to speak to me.

What do I do?

In one of the houses you jump down a hole to help children.
