i literally hate myself and am steeling my will to play Vagrant Story

Like slow, dull combat? Like games that limit your playtime per day? Like role-playing a glorified Hello Kitty robot? Like painfully slow character progression? Then you'll probably like Spiral Knights, which is pretty much a combination of all those things!

Complaining about OoT seems dumb because you know there's about a millions of people who're happy as all hell that they're putting it on the 3DS.

i don't think it's anyone's place to criticize how people play a single-player game. it doesn't affect you at all if someone grinds "legitimately" or uses an auto-battle function that is built into the game to get stronger.
and it's certainly not the gamedev's place to do so either.
barbatos is a shit solution to the "problem" which doesn't even exist.

What I should have said is that I don't think cho understands that barbatos only comes out if you try to auto level.

I think Barbaros has the best way to prevent overleveling - if the player is about to level up to an overly high point, they get slaughtered like cattle.
