Mac Compatibility
Lockout gears is just a programing term for switches, that interfere with hardware. No, it just means the hardware wants to reject the OS, at least on most Macs. Tell him to use every method of compatibility on windows and if that does not work, get a copy of bootcamp and try it that way. If not... Get a new comp.
