Whoah. This is awesome.
The posing and overall look of some of the pieces gives me a distinct Hirohiko Araki vibe, but there's also a lot of versatility, and I love the way the monsters look.
I won't know what my funding is like until about 30 days from now, but I am making a note to reach out when I can re: commissions.

At Last Alone: Risen Review
That juxtaposition was perfect. I love that kind of contrast, and it felt very intentional.

I have a bunch of support from friends and an awesome publisher, and I've helped out on other kicks before so it's not totally overwhelming, but this is my first time taking the helm. I'd foolishly assumed that I could write a collection of short stories *during* the kick, like I do when I'm helping out with someone else's campaign, and oh man that was not a clever decision.

Zoids | Whisper
Played for a half hour or so, and this is starting to feel like a hidden gem. Despite some clunkiness in the opening cutscene, the writing is really strong, the characters are fun, and gardening is a tracked stat.
As someone who's not deep into Zoids, this is still a cool game and perfectly playable.
Edit: I take back what I said before. This game is criminally underrated. Its graphics and the fact that it's a fangame are probably steering people away, but let me correct that. If you like good design, you should 100% steer closer.
