Of course I recorded them on separate tracks... but I won't be releasing an instrumental version. :)
The silent hero?
I always appreciate silent protagonists, to be honest. It's nice to put myself into the game and fill in whatever dialogue would be spoken by Link or whoever with whatever I think would go there.

Alright, I wrote and recorded some songs that I'm feeling pretty proud of, though I realize it's a sound that not everyone will be into. If you don't like yelling or loud guitars you probably won't like this at all. It's not video game music.
Also, it's still unmastered, so you'll need to crank yer volume to get the full effect.

Would love to hear your thoughts either way.

Like, if I just ctrl+scrollwheel down, it almost looks where i would say looks perfect. except the smallest fonts become a tad too small, the screenshots become way too small, and userbar shrinks. otherwise i'd just do that when navigating the site.

Man, the font size for almost every word on the front page really just needs to come down a few points... as well as the images on the front page be shrunk a lil bit. These are easy problems to fix!
Commemoration 9/11
I was 15 and was just about to leave with my dad to go to school in the morning. When I came out of my room to head out the door, he was there watching the news, a burning WTC on the screen. We saw the 2nd plane hit on live television. I'll never forget how quiet the news broadcasters became. They just stopped talking completely when they saw that plane hit the second tower, and the air was quiet for a good minute or so after that. It was eerie.

Here's a good example of how a canopy in the jungle can work wonders:
That would probably look alot more "bare" if those shadows were not there..
But in either case, I think your screens there need to focus less on riddling your map with doodads and focus more on your placement of them.
Also, might want to consult your use of ground tiles. One plain grassy tile probably won't produce the desired "busy" effect that a jungle usually contains.
Also, shows how cliffs can really work in a jungle setting :D

I... disagree. The "gamespot" section doesn't serve so much as a divide as it looks just clunky and out of place. Alterego's take on the site makes much more efficient use with the space provided. And RMN already needs breaks between each section...
I took the liberty of adding minor modifications to alterego's mockup. Just to show how dramatically dividers for each section can 'clean up' the front page.
