Looks quite bare. If it's a city, would there not be more citizens? Also, I'd suggest you add some more detail to the road (such as by adding rocks, debris, grass (growing through the cracks in the pebbles), plants, etc).

Well, first you might want to actually submit your game. Use the 'Submissions' option in the tab at the top of the page. Remember to provide at least three screenshots for it to be considered!
Once you have done that, you may edit your game~~page~~profile (which will not be visible to the public until it is accepted) and you may upload your game file then.
