Super RMN World 2: Yoshi's Archipelago
oh look
a pipe, to another update
the update that fixes a pipe
get it?
...
i'll go now
And also, thanks. I'm still curious about how long World 6 levels are suppose to be, though. .3. I'd probably say, the first part of the level should be about the length of a World 1 level(which I think would be the case), and then the second half the same. In Mario 3D Land and 3D World, that seems to be the case as well. When playing 3D Land's World 7, I got through half of the stage and was like "If this was World 1 I'd be done with this stage now"

There are 4 days left, and I'm still not done with my second level. I have a question - how long, on average, are World 6 Mario levels to complete? I'm just wondering, because I think I may have made my level too short(ey, bet it'd be perfect first world 6 level material if i actually get it uploaded).
I'll get the minor Tempest Valley fix(changing the direction of one of the pipes exits I think) up soon.

Part 7: Holy crap you were clever.
I need to make sure yellow shell koopas don't help you unless I want them to, next time.

author=Ratty524author=pyrodoomThat's weird. I'm not using any custom graphic for block-137 in Rockin Roll Ridge. I think the engine just decided to bug out for some random reason.
Edit: I don't know what was going on, but it's not an issue with my engine. Turns out, one of the graphics just wasn't working. You may want to check "block-137".
No, I meant Chemical Compound.
I sort of forgot you had both levels. Which is weird, because you were the first one to come to me with that issue.
Super RMN World 2: Yoshi's Archipelago
SMBX 1.3.0.1, the most recent version.
Take note, I have checked out Rockin' Roll Ridge and I loaded it 3 times before it began crashing the engine. I checked it in a textfile, and unlike other levels where it'd tell me the name of the music, and various numbers related to what I assume are block placements, it literally had nothing. So in the case of Rockin' Roll Ridge, I have no idea what happened.
I can download the other version of SMBX for the sake of trying it out, but I'm unsure if that's really the problem since these are normal errors for SMBX that are usually explainable.
BTW, I just checked Chemical Compound's text file to see if it was the same issue - it wasn't. I can't wait to play it though, because I saw that the music is a Chemical Plant remix.

Am I the only one getting errors on some levels?
I got a Run-Time Error: '62': Past End of File on Rockin' Roll Ridge and when I searched for a fix, no one seemed to know how to fix it in the SMBX community, though apparently it meant that you tried to load a level with nothing to load.
Just now, I tried to play Chemical Compound and got a Run-Time Error '481': Invalid Picture, and it's apparently related to the graphics of a level. Apparently, if a graphic has too big of a file size, or was improperly converted from one filetype to another, it will cause this error.

author=halibabicafrom pyrodoomOf course Bryan was upset you took away his W1 easy-access hammer suit. ;P
because the person seemed pretty disappointed I butchered it, I replaced the life with a tanooki suit).
*tanooki suit
.3.
Out of all seriousness though, I understand what you mean. Can't wait to see the rereview of Tempest Valley by me, because that alcove that leads to the "secret" is a little off for me, but I don't know why.
Super RMN World 2: Yoshi's Archipelago
Updated Tempest Valley based on the last bit of advice I got(change the placement of the exit from the warp, and because the person seemed pretty disappointed I butchered it, I replaced the life with a tanooki suit).
Honestly, my PC has been having alot of weird issues recently, some hard to explain, and they are keeping me from working on some levels because I can pretty much barely see anything on my screen as a result. Even now as I type, I can barely see what I'm typing and I'm just gonna hope to god I click "Submit" instead of the ad at the bottom of the screen.

I couldn't find the tileset I wanted for Deep Sea in the pack I was suggested(though thanks for the suggestion, it may be useful later).
The reason why I considered "stealing" the tileset used in Water Temple is because that's pretty much what it is, a water temple. It's a temple at the bottom of the sea.
I couldn't find a proper background that would make it look like a closed off temple that would have water in it.
Procrastination grabbed me for the past five days, but I should be done with Aerial Garden by either tomorrow or the day after for reviewing.

I just want to note, I was playing SMBX levels a while ago to see what I think of them, and I came across Rockin' Roll Ridge.
I couldn't finish it personally, though I guess I wasn't trying hard enough. This isn't a formal review, I just wanted to note how much I disliked the placement of the rocks and the enemies around them. There's a part where a jumping parakoopa would end up interacting with a rock, knocking it around or jumping over it to make for awkward dodging. Plus, the fact that they can crush you. There was one part near the beginning of the level where a rock landed near a wall, putting Mario inside of it and sending him into a pit.
Anyways, after I had gotten a controller working so that my Z key wouldn't be screwing me over anymore, I tried to play the level again... and it came up with "Runtime Error 62: Input Past End of File" Apparently, no one in the SMBX community knows how to fix it, but I loaded it multiple times and it kept crashing SMBX with that message. Every other level works perfectly for me, that was the only one that gave me that message. Apparently, if you put a level in a text file you should see something in it relating to placement of objects and the level's name, and stuff. NOPE. I heard loading up a level that crashes SMBX would give a message saying "Null". Rockin' Roll Ridge didn't have anything in its text file.
Once again, not sure how to fix this problem, but just letting you know it's there.
