[MAFIA] Prisoner's Dilemma. Game Over

I really don't think demonlord is scum, this looks to me a lot like how he was in the last game.

I feel less sure about everyone else. Piano's mislynch comment doesn't really seem too suspicious to me, more like just talking about someone he suspects is town as thought they are town. I also don't feel like Psy's posts are the smoking gun Piano is making them out to be.

I don't feel great about PA calling for people to claim quickly though. His claim still is a little suspect to me, in part because he claimed the only role mentioned in the rules (could be a coincidence), and also because he then started talking about how he thought he might be the only hated in the game, almost giving himself an out in case others came forward with positive/neutral roles.

That said, I'm convinced psy is scum. I do not believe I'm wrong.

Why do you believe this again?

[MAFIA] Prisoner's Dilemma. Game Over

I personally find it plausible that there is at least one negative role at 50% vanilla.

Of course, someone who is scum could also have guessed at what the towns roles are, and used the only role we were explicitly told about at the start.

#cancel

I also don't really think that tale is scum.

[MAFIA] Prisoner's Dilemma. Game Over

I'm curious at what point people think the point at which hated (or generally negative) roles would start to appear? Like 50% vanilla?

No one should be claiming to be anything but vanilla.

I don't think people should even be claiming vanilla, to be honest. That makes it easier for scum to find who has a useful ability.

I'm going off the assumption that at least most of town isn't hated (or have negative abilities in general)...maybe that's a bad assumption? If the abilities are mostly bad, or are a mix, then I guess it wouldn't really matter that much.

[MAFIA] Prisoner's Dilemma. Game Over

I don't like not lynching the first day, especially in a game with this many players it's a good way to get more information.

#lynch tale

Although it is tempting to lynch Liberty instead, since I was all but promised flaming and that hasn't happened. But my will is stronger than that. I think.

[MAFIA] Prisoner's Dilemma. Game Over

Alright! I can't wait to hear about how all townspeople choose non-vanilla and now we're all super hated!

Cave_Dog why haven't you blackmailed...I mean, confinced a final player to participate yet, I don't understand

I think you are confusing partition with volume.
I fixed the post, no need to worry there. XP

Usually what you do on Linux is create multiple partitions (even on the same drive), and then set them as mountpoints. For instance, on my main machine /, /boot, and /usr are on my first drive (an SSD), and /home and /usr/local/ are on my second drive.

Alrighty, and how different would this be for certain distributions?

Currently, I am using Linux Mint 19.1 (a far better choice than SteamOS, tbh).

All distros that I know of support manually choosing partitions and drives for mountpoints in their installers. It's a kernel thing, so all distros have it at some level. You can fix this later by manually changing the fstab file, which is what controls the default system mount points. You would also need to format and setup those partitions manually if you weren't using an installer.

Currently, I am puzzled by something; is there an easy way to create a Linux HDD partition that spans multiple drives?
