I had to "Old Yeller" my old laptop, a laptop that has given me a decade of entertainment, became the ultimate retro console thanks to emulators, and has allowed me to pursue my dream of being a game designer with both RPG Maker & SMBX. Now, ALL of that work, is gone. This is not how my 40th birthday should be. I am dead inside now. I just don't give a shit about anything anymore ;_;

Today's Memorial Day so I couldn't get on the internet from my computer lab but I managed to gain a 1-hr wifi pass to download the beta. I'll do testing videos for the rest of today & have them uploaded by tomorrow.

author=halibabicaYou can find the Skies of Arcadia music on Youtube. I haven't played it either but I've heard its an underrated gem. (I'm actually downloading it now).
I've never played Skies of Arcadia, but Snakey Chantey is an old favorite of mine. I just wish it ran a bit longer before looping. I try not to include extra loops since this project's file size is already monstrous.
So how big is the file size for this so far?

author=halibabicaI previewed the music file for the level & saw that it was Snakey Chantey from DKC2. I'm a little disappointed that you didn't chose a track from Skies of Arcadia, since that game has a awesome soundtrack & has Sky Pirates as a main theme.

Why is Davenport's Snow Mountain the 2nd level in W6 & not the 1st? Wouldn't it make more sense to have an ice level like that to be the 1st, since the player would be just finishing all the ice levels from the previous world? Maybe you can place a snowy mtn on the world map at the end of W5's island that leads to W6's island or something?
