I personally don't think "remakes" are bad things. The Wind Waker HD, for example, let's us play something while we wait for the next big Zelda title. In my opinion, it's a good way to introduce new fans to older games.
Speaking of remakes, they need to hurry up and make Majora's Mask 3D/WiiU

Hmm...I noticed my short little game for the Arcade Hero contest didn't get much attention.

Solar Platypus
All right, my only real complaint is the final level. It's...well....I'm pretty sure it's impossible. The other levels are hard, but that level is just downright unfair.

Oh wow it's really difficult! My only complaint so far is adding the score tally before the save spot. It's really annoying having to see that every time you die and reload.
