Oh man, didn't even know that! :P I used the sprite as a reference and it faces forward, so it makes sense that I wouldn't see the tail.. will add that to the newer version though.

I used to have a hamster that bit me the first day I got it which put me off, to say the least. I could never hold it because it would bite anyone that went anywhere near it. If you put your hand near the cage, it would run at you to attack. :( I felt pretty bad that I just had this hamster I couldn't do anything with. It liked to climb up the bars and hang off of the top of the cage.. but one day, I must've left the top hatch open and it escaped. My entire family was terrified that there was this bloodthirsty hamster on the loose somewhere. My dad caught it in a sieve while making dinner.. To this day, I still wonder if he continued to use the sieve afterwards. :/

Sigh, no one wants me to get this done today apparently.. so many interruptions!
See: Sunlight leaves shadows from hedgerows which surround the garden, but otherwise makes garden blinding to look at; patio is comprised of rectangular orange and brown rocks covering all of the flooring in the large square area, sun colours it in such a way that makes it painful to view; hedgerows which surround two sides of the garden are dark green with small firs, whereas the hedges at the back are bright with large leaves; the fourth side of the garden is enclosed by the tall house with glass doors - need a wash; neglected birdhouse on the side of the wall with one bit of wood missing making it unusable; bug crawling on paper, shortly followed by bug smeared over paper; reflection of self and garden in glass doors of house, sun is reflecting brightly from hair.
Smell: Freshly cut grass smell, mainly outdone by smell of fumes from cars; burning rubber.
Hear: Plane rumbling overhead, sound coming from the sky; cars passing by and bumping over a certain rock in the road each time, a satisfying "ka-dunk" sound is made; birds, sparrows specifically, chirping between two hedges; sound of motorbike approaching from the far distance; train on tracks coming and swiftly going; loud, whiny moped sound lingering in the background; wind chimes faintly chatter.
Feel: Ants climbing over bare feet; a slight, cooling breeze sails past frequently, feels very gentle; stabbing pain in bottom of foot from hard rocks; patio feels rough and grainy, very much like bits of sand caught up amongst the paving.
Action: a bug being crushed to death.

I would say it's easier to do scenes in a foreign language because you're not so worried about the emotions involved. It's the grammar that's the concern! But yours is pretty good, so I look forward to some good games from you. No pressure.

*headdesk* You know, before I started drawing, I was like, "right, don't forget that scar. You always forget that scar," and I was tempted to actually write it down to remind myself. Wish I had.. :P
It's coo', I'll be redoing a much better picture anyway. I'm not happy with certain proportions or, indeed, the overall size of them both. This is one of my first times drawing two people together in the same scene which is actually strangely difficult to get right. :(

Oh herp, totes didn't see that. But I'm sure you can have it flick through multiple pictures too, so you could keep your angel! :P

The title with the angel was really badass, but I'd be cool with you using any of the pics. :P
As for the empty space surrounding them, I figure stuff can always be added later on if necessary: text, more characters, overlays of other pics, etc.. As it's just fan art (like you said) it should be alright. I'mma probably do a much bigger version in future anyhow!
