I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but is there any way to get an immunity to sleep item in chapter 3, around the time of the big league tournament? No matter how much I level, Toyota just uses his sleepmore spell and pummels me to death.
EDIT: Honestly, the last time I tried to fight him, the very first skill he used was... heh... Sleep.
Game Over before I could even attack once.
The best I've ever done fighting this guy was getting lucky enough to cast sap and surround on him, and that one spell that boosts my defense, and then smack him around for nearly 2000 damage before he took me out.

If sound effects and animations were applied to my school work and I was rewarded with a bigger sword that allowed me to do 2x damage to my homework, I would be an 'A' student.
