I Miss the Sunrise

Wow, good catch and perfect timing! (Though I can't imagine how that one slipped by until now). Updated version coming in a couple hours.

I Miss the Sunrise

Hmm, the quest should still work, as long as you're at least past the first mission. I should fix that to allow it to continue from the start of Episode 2 anyway, though. Thanks for pointing it out!

Scratch that. It's missing an event page. fffffffffffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuu

HOWEVER! I think I've found a backup I can use to fix it without introducing all the untested Episode 3 content. I'll try to get it out (as well as the other fixes) this weekend.

Although I can't guarantee you've seen the last of either of them, nope! Someone new.

I Miss the Sunrise

Well, nuts.

I Miss the Sunrise

Thanks! Someone reported that one a while ago, and I am pretty sure I fixed it in version 1.22. If you are running 1.22 though (should be on the title screen), let me know!

Oops. Yes. Yes it is.

I Miss the Sunrise

That's the right code! I see the problem, too. The resultant weapon is an X-Type, and it's looking for a damage rating which doesn't exist. I dunno how that slipped by. I must have added it later and got lazy with testing (shocker!)

I'll do some experimenting with the script data tonight to see if I can patch it. The project file isn't at a good point where I could just rebuild the whole thing.

(Edit) Looking at it, it looks like there won't be an easy way to patch it in just yet. I'm really sorry; I dropped the ball on that one.

I Miss the Sunrise

Thanks for the feedback and bug report! I can't imagine where that broke, but I can't say I'm not surprised either.

I Miss the Sunrise

There are four pieces to each code (i.e. 0A01, 0A02); most of them make (somewhat goofy and well-known) phrases so if you write down what you have you might be able to piece the rest together.

Also, yeah, that bug snuck up on me; right now my plan is to take out the "return to title" option and just force you to use the F12 key since that will work for resetting.

I Miss the Sunrise

Sure.

Win a battle with just your player character. Probably easiest to do so in Splice Zero. (Edit) Oh almost forgot, if you do it in a higher Splice you'll get a merit too, so maybe do it in Splice 1.
