What are you thinking about? (game development edition)
@goji: Thanks, but I don't think I need it for this short game. Maybe when I finally start working on my longer game, I will need some help in the sound department, if you're still available :)

Oh, I decided to return the favour and play your game. I was originally planning on doing a full review, but I'll hold off until you can get more content ready and just give you my impressions.
- The intro was really creative. Haven't seen anyone do a texting thing in RPGmaker before.
- Block puzzles were good. I liked how the difficulty gradually built up and getting to Ana stumped me a few times. Nothing ever felt unfair - just required me to think.
- Exploration was fun, even if it was somewhat limited in the demo. I wasn't expecting to play a Metroidvania so that was a pretty welcome surprise. Disappointed I never got the machete, though.
- Carol didn't strike me as a Mary Sue. Wouldn't have minded learning more about her as a person, but she definitely wasn't obnoxious.

50 Days of Representation
Alright then, I submitted a very much incomplete demo of the game. I'd say it's about 50% done. I'll keep working to finish this thing sooner rather than later! I hope you all enjoy it, and with that, I'll be playing the already released entries one by one, and leaving some impressions on the project pages' comment sections.

I found a really old MIDI of a Chorinho song by a 20th century composer, tweaked its BPM and its pitch, and threw it in.

Yeah, I just showed up to say that I'm still working, but I should have kept my idea shorter. Now I'll basically never be done in time.
What are you thinking about? (game development edition)
If I can't find a royalty-free sad acoustic guitar solo song for my game, I'll have to throw away basically 10% of the work I've done this week. Does anyone know where I can find one? I tried Kevin MacLeod, but he doesn't have any songs that are only one guitar and nothing else. I tried other websites, but their prices are unaffordable with the current value of Brazilian currency.
Heck, I even tried converting some YouTube Chorinho videos to MP3, but then I realized that would probably be copyrighted.
Can anyone help me out here? This is making me really frustrated :(
I mean, I guess I could just place a screen-spanning message in a picture that says "please pretend there is a beautifully melancholic acoustic guitar melody here" but that wouldn't quite cut it.
