Rock and Switch Puzzle

in the variable operation menu, choose sprite and the respective coordinates of "this event".
this way you can get both x and y coordinates easily without branches and stuff.
Just make sure to place the variable operations after the movement one

What are you jammin' too?

Problem with a cutscene.

And the reason using erase event for this would be sloppy, is because it would only remain erased for as long as you stay on that map. If you leave and return to the map, the event will execute once more.
Switches is the way to go unless it won't be possible to return to the map

Testing a character customization system

Often when I play around to the upper right of the pirate thingy, or around the pirate the hair will run away and hoover around back and forth around the head. A few times I even managed to get the body to go amok as well.
The char you're using won't face the pirate either if you walked up beside him and try to face him, eventhough you can still talk to him.
Also the movements in general feel clunky and bad. I wouldn't be too sure this system would be worth the compensations you'd have to make.

Befuddle Quest 4 Dead

should be the one avaible at the moment

Befuddle Quest 4 Dead Goes Live!

In my very subjective opinion, yes (didn't like the boplicity one much).
It was mostly okay/nice though :p

Befuddle Quest 4 Dead Goes Live!

I liked the island format used this time around and how you'd find a chest at the end of each level.

kentona - My Pet Zombie
Liked the idea, and I had fun doing it. Didn't quite feel like it got any harder than from the first level though.

Liberty - Diggin' the Dead
Was quite okay. Amusing list of attacks, but a tad long for only hiding 1 move you'll need to use. also I didn't quite get why there was a couple of snow tiles there which didn't seem to belong there.

AABattery - Switching Things Up
Short and fun

Aten - 3 Cup Flip
I also already knew of this one, so not much time wasted here.

Kazesui - Time is on my side
The idea was pretty much to make whoever played it observe which doors were opened by the switches and then act accordingly, with a set of extra switches to discourage using brute force

Kazesui - Befuddle Guns
Probably got a little bit too difficult since I got too good at it while making it, making it harder for me to judge how hard it was, and the one I tested it on seemed to handle it fairly "alright". If I ever to decide to extend on it, power mode for mouse capabilities does sound like a rather good idea.

Hexatona - Perilous Pillar Paths
Of course a poring hat won't be of much good, had it been a angeling hat however...
Nice and short puzzle and probably amusing for those who want to get all treasures, heh

AznChipmunk - Casette Collector
A really good and well thought out puzzle map with a fair share of nice, annoying and boring music.
Nice mechanics and good variety to the puzzles

Gibmaker - Crystal Crag
This was also another quite good puzzle. Good scaling in the difficulty as you progressed and while not hard at any point had you thinking a little. Loved the zombies that jumped around when you progressed from one area to the next.

Mary4D - Haunted House
Bit on the short side. Could have been a little longer.

SquishyWizard - Scarlet Facade
Nice setting. Trying to wack any zombies with the sword was rather hopeless though, so avoiding them was pretty much the only reasonable option.
Other than that it was quite okay though.

thedjt - Bridges. How Ironic.
A short, easy and decent puzzle. Should probably have been placed closer to the starting point on the island.

VideoWizard - Zombie Room
Bit on the short side again, and somewhat weird.

Mikemc - Cabin Fervor
Wish I didn't waste that flame on the back of the cabin, nice effect btw.
Thinking back on it, I don't get why I didn't turn down the volume while being inside the cabin though.

Fractal Advocate - Zombie Hard With A Vengeance
Another quite good map with a nice variety of puzzles of different difficulties.

Craze - Zombieconomy Sim
Much like the last one, except I managed to win this one in 1 try rather than 4. Probably the one which required most thinking for me. Seemed more balanced this time around given the lack of "bonuses"

Didn't get frustrated

Befuddle Quest 4 Dead

didn't notice that one until you mentioned it. Luckily you did import the tileset and it wasn't too hard to fix.
I'll reupload it a second time and include that fix as well

Befuddle Quest 4 Dead

ops, sorry, I'm saying I fixed it and reuploaded it

Befuddle Quest 4 Dead

Those two problems should be fixed now
