Interracial relationships....Tell me your thoughts...
No worries - Canada is sort of like the USA's hat. It's even easy for us to forget its up there sometimes. Haha.

Things still confusing me.
#1: Common Events are events that you can run/call from anywhere within the game regardless of location, hence the name "Common" Events.
#2: Monster parties are fixed in their configuration. If you want a variation of, say, anywhere from 1 to 6 slimes in a battle then you need to make 6 different monster parties (with their respective monster count) and then have them all within the same encounter list. The game engine will then randomly pick from that encounter list and give the illusion of varying monster count when, in truth, it's actually calling various monster parties.
#3: Can you elaborate? I'm not sure where you are having problems with here.

My thoughts on this can be wrapped up in two words: Homo sapiens
RMVX and you
So for those of you out there who WANT to make games in rm2k3 go ahead. Please don't rag on Vx just because it costs money and you hate change.I'm sure nobody here is "ragging" on RMVX or RMXP just for the sake of it, and especially not for a stupid reason like "I hate change". I personally criticize both XP and VX for their inefficient use of hardware resources, arguably flawed design choices, and VX specifically for its super-duper-backwards-primitive map editor (XP was a big boost in this regard, to be honest, but XP had its own troubles).
RM2K(3) has its own share of problems as well, including unstable MP3 support (which was carried over to XP/VX), odd design choices in the RM2K3 DBS, and 256 color limitation and resolution (some might consider this a plus, though).
Plus, RM2K, RM2K3, RMXP, and RMVX all cost money (let's just not go there) so that point is moot.
And to let this topic rest: Yay kentona.
At Your Service- The Menu
I'll take the third choice and say a combination of both: Simplicity and style.
If the menu focuses too much on looking nice then its accessibility comes into question, and what good is a menu if it isn't accessible? If the menu focues too much on accessibility and disregards style in its entirety, some people will no doubt have some kind of personal problem with the GUI.
Thus, a menu should be simple enough for Joe Average to figure out through basic experimentation, and yet should not be an eyesore if at all possible. It's not impossible to have the best of both worlds, especially when an ideal such as this is actually within reach.

Legion Saga 1
http://rpgmaker.net/users/KingArthur/locker/LegionSaga1.rar
Here's Legion Saga 1. I also have a copy of Legion Saga 2, but I'm not sure if I modified that for easier play. ;_;
I also have a copy of "The Legend of the Philosopher's Stone" to replace the current one on the list which is a broken link. I'm not sure if this is the "full version" that is mentioned but its last modification date is recorded at March 2007.
The problem is I lack a place to upload this (32MB after being compressed into a .rar). ;_;

Man marries a videogame character ( Only in Japan)
RM2k(3) lovers, FIGHT!
Can you explain what makes this project different from RPG Maker? It sure looks like a step ahead of RM2k(3), but doesn't it fall under the same lines as RMXP and RMVX?This page seems to describe the features that will be present in TURBU upon completion.
What makes this project worth our attention? What features seperate it from the RPG makers other than better graphic resolutions and size limits?
Of worthy mention are support for IT/S3M audio, GIF support (PNG would suffice for this context, though), and the ability to read in RM2K and RM2K3 games.
For non-Windows users, I presume that at a later date the program will also be able to run natively under Linux and so forth as well once low-level support for that is complete.
RPG Maker 95 Midi's
I'm thinking the question the OP had is "Is the music included with RM95 different from the music included in the RM2K3 RTP?", in which case yes it is completely different.
Incidentally GRS, I can swear I've heard some of those RM95 MIDIs somewhere in the pile of RM2K(3) games I've played. =O
