Did you try re-encoding the MP3s in question to a CBR bitrate and removed all ID3 tags? RM2K3 isn't as robust as media players when it comes to playing MP3s. Some MP3s won't produce any sound at all unless its encoded strictly in a manner which RM2K3 can decode, so I wouldn't be surprised if it also threw errors out on particularly weird MP3s.
Aside from the MP3 itself, what audio codec do you use to decode MP3s? Any chance any programs would be conflicting with RM2K3 over the sound card (rare in this day and age)? Do your media players (Winamp, Media Player Classic, WMP, etc.) playback MP3s properly?

My RPG_RT file isn't opening in widescreen...
The RPG_RT.exe file for both RM2K and RM2K3 were never intended to run in widescreen, their standard running resolution is 320x240 (640x480 windowed). What you ask for isn't so much a "fix" as it is a hack.
As for the EB logo, that can be modified fairly easy via resource editting to my knowledge, I sadly do not remember the details however.

I was referring to the US $1 coins specifically, they've been minted numerous times (still is) but it never caught on.
Personally, I'm just glad we got rid of that 2 dollar bill.
The Thomas Jefferson $2 bill is still legal tender, is in circulation and produced. It was never cancelled.

What's wrong with making our notes plastic, size and colour coded? It makes them a hell of a lot easier to distinguish, that's for sure. And they can get wet without any problem. Also, what's the deal with having notes for $1 bills? Waste of trees! Coins are the way to go there. XP
Reasons for plastic, size and color-coded bills not being worth it are:
* Tradition.
* Logistical problems with redesigning, reprogramming, remanufacturing, and redistributing all those damn ATMs, vending machines, etc.
It's mostly tradition, though.
As for $1 coins, it's been done and failed.

Given how awesome the character art is, it contrasts badly with the monotomy and color scheme of the menu GUI. Granted it's still a WIP, but that character art puts the menu to shame.

WPA is the current standard for wireless network security, WEP is just still in use because older hardware and/or software don't support WPA. If you have a choice, use WPA.
