LOCKEZ'S PROFILE
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

The Unofficial Squaresoft MUD is a free online game based on the worlds and combat systems of your favorite Squaresoft games. UOSSMUD includes job trees from FFT and FF5, advanced classes from multiple other Square games, and worlds based extremely accurately upon Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, and Final Fantasies 5, 6, and 7. Travel through the original worlds and experience events that mirror those of the original games in an online, multiplayer format.
If a large, highly customized MUD, now over 10 years old and still being expanded, with a job system and worlds based on some of the most popular console RPGs seems interesting to you, feel free to log on and check it out. Visit uossmud.sandwich.net for information about logging on.

[MAFIA] The Resistance: Avalon Mafia - GAME ON
Oh, there it is, right in the second sentence of the OP in giant text. Lol.
To be honest I barely skimmed the discussions about the game, since I wasn't planning on playing. I just got hauled in as a replacement because everyone keeps having mental breakdowns. And yet somehow, even I figured out that the fact that a role mentions Mordred doesn't imply we have a Mordred.

I only know the board game exists because I looked at the role pictures in the OP and realized they were clearly from an existing game (they even include role descriptions in the photos), so I looked it up.

author=Gourd_ClaeYeah, okay, that's true. You're actually right, I didn't notice/remember that you were the main one going after Muffle. That's a pretty big deal.
@LockeZ I've been the only one consistently getting bad vibes from muffle all game and yet I'm somehow not participating. Look up - she was scum.
I *have been* having a tough time reading people as scum, but I have also been the most correct of everyone here so far and by your own admission I'm not without opinions. I don't have to be aggressing people to be helping!
Of course, since Oberon didn't know who the rest of the scum team was, they might not have known who Oberon was either. In which case, the scum read of Muffle wouldn't make me think you were town, but it definitely does negate my big concern about you.
So, Yellow Magic and PlatinumAshes. I'm willing to jump on the Yellow Magic train but I want him to talk more first.

Guys. The roles are all deliberately written with descriptions that make no assumption about whether or not Mordred is in the game. The fact that the role has a power that only makes sense with no Mordred doesn't mean anything, except that the roles were written well, and were designed to be used in a large number of games, 50% of which would have Mordred.
In case you didn't notice from the fact that the role pictures are literally photographs of cards from a board game, Jeroen didn't create this setup or these role descriptions. He probably just rolled some dice to decide which ones to use, like you're supposed to do when playing The Resistance: Avalon, which is a mafia board game.

Last time Muffle had a mental breakdown and quit a mafia game, she was scum team too. I think this is the fourth time she's done this in total. I'm pissed off but not remotely surprised. Please do not allow her in any more games.
Also, what a useless mission result. We learn someone isn't Mordred but they die five seconds later. This is also the second day in a row that the person revealed in the mission has been one of the three people sent on the mission, which makes me wonder if that's always the case, and Jeroen just forgot to mention it in the rules.
@Ozzy: Gourd is doing a good job at not standing out. He has been making a lot of "safe" posts. I had to go through his post history in detail to get the read I got yesterday. It's not like he doesn't have any opinions, but they are almost always majority opinions. He chimes in and says "yeah that's true" whenever something has multiple other people agreeing with it already, or says "I dunno, I don't think it means anything" whenever only one person thinks something. It's not technically any worse than Yellow Magic or PlatinumAshes who are basically not even playing, but somehow it feels more likely to be deliberate.

Born Under the Rain
Although obviously it's a little longer, I can't imagine it would take anywhere close to twice as long. I'll be in the stream chat!

Some random reads:
Pianotm, Psy_wombats: I still think these are my strongest town reads. Psy especially; he is the most helpful and proactive person in this game. Pianotm was the first person to make a list of reads on day 1, and pointed out some other stuff that I mentioned last time I said I thought he was town.
Gourd_clae: He seems to have been unsuspicious so far. Obviously that's not a strong read. Everything he's said so far has seemed reasonable, and some of it even turned out to be true. If PlatinumAshes is scum then I'll be more suspicious of Gourd, because he was the main one arguing that the fake Merlin claim was a reasonable town thing to do.
PlatinumAshes: I still think he's pretty scummy because of the Merlin fake-claim stuff. He's said very little else, so that's basically the entirety of what my read of him is based on right now.
OzzyTheOne: I assume he's town until I have a reason to think otherwise.
Yellow Magic: Asking people to avoid "excessive metagaming" and trying to make them ashamed of it bothers the hell out of me. Comparing how someone acts to how they "should" act is a huge part of of the game! Asking people to deliberately not use information they have, and to try to make less-informed decisions, seems like a blatant scum tactic to me.
I don't have much to say about anyone else right now.
