Rework The Dead: Evil
New Party Member Bug
If you make changes to the database, sometimes previously existing save files do not receive this updated information until something in the game itself prompts it to update.
Similarly, there are certain values that are set on initial runtime and cannot be retrieved from save files if they have been changed in the database. Can't remember what those are. Think it is stuff like EXP curves.

Fortunately, there are literally hundreds of people "pooping" around in VX as well.
then again, we can't all create a game as good as Sonic and the Chaos Dragons

But then again, 2k3's battle system is pretty gimp as well.
These sentiments might be changing in the coming months

I Hate RMVX
I am still waiting for Enterbrain's program that actually combines the best features from the 2k3-VX era without pointlessly scrapping others or butchering things that are not broken. (never)
author=WIPThis is entirely true, but also fails to take into account other outside factors such as general ignorance of scripting or lack of desire to learn.. If you don't know the first thing about the syntax of ruby (a silly language) It in the end will likely take even longer to do what you want than point and clicking everywhere.
If it takes me (RMVX) one day to accomplish what takes you (RM2k3) a week, why on earth would I use something that would waste my time?

author=WIPthose who belong to the order of the cherrytree think otherwise...
Nobody should make RM2k3 games these days. Period.
My "furor" is hardly "religious." And I NEVER claimed to be Anti-RMVX or RMXP in any way. I'm simply questioning the religious furor with which the Anti-RM2k3 flag is raised. The only reason there is any real stigma against Rm2k3 has to do almost solely with the battle system itself..

Thanks for the kudos, man! Although truth be told, whenever I look at that game I'm ashamed at how buggy (and sucky!) it is XD
As for the various RPG Makers, I've used them all over the years and decided to stick with 2K (actually, 2009 Ultimate). 2K3's DBS is buggy as all hell, XP and VX got wrong resolutions, I'm not interested in learning Ruby, and I won't even mention VX's tileset fail. 2K got all I need.
I've tested out a beta of Cherry's turn-based battle system for 2k3. Once all the lingering bugs are ironed out, you might actually be able to go from 2000 to 2003.

Well, if Blogs were ordered by "latest post", blogs that get responses would bubble to the top more often (and blogs with lots of posts could be an indicator of quality, in the sense that the blog is worth responding to...)
I think this can be remedied if we all pitched some ideas to WIP. That is, assuming any functionality like that won't further bog down rmn's resource intensive design..
