Every helper is needed, with my mad english skills.

Working on the translation as i write this, so i hope i can send you the first draft in about 1, or 2 weeks.

Are you fine with me just sending you a Message, when ready?

[RM2K3] Foolproofreader / Translator needed [Agoraphobia]

I hope it's ok to post this in the help and Job board forum.
Ye, i know... i am desperate : |

Hello folks, hope i managed to post in the right thread.

As promised i finished the enhanced version of my german Horrogame:
Agoraphobia game page - rpgmaker.net

I've started translating it into english, but i am fully aware, that i won't be able to translate it perfectly or even perfectly fitting, compared to my original script.

This means: I need your help!

Facts about the translation/ foolproof reading:
- I will translate the game using DreaMaker. A software wich is able to export all ingame text into textfiles.
This is a must, as the game is extremely non-linear and has multiple endings and pathways. Ingame Proofreading would almost be impossible.
- Everyone contributing, will of course be mentionened in the credits, in bold and double font size and have my eternal thanks.

I would really appreciate every helping hand.
And just to spice it up and maybe get your attention, for the game and this task,
the trailer of Agoraphobia:

Wohoo ~ Doublepost!

Good news everyone:

The Directors Cut is ready for shipment, wich means translations have started.
Nevertheless, i still need foolproof readers and partially help with the translation,
wich is why i would like to draw your attention to this thread here:
Help with translation / Proofreading

I can use every helping hand and eyes, for this task.
So if you want to see an english translation of this game, have time to spare, or just want to test your german to english skills, please send me a message. :)

I am still on it (Damn, i should have been faster, like always ~ and most of all ~ not making promises)
But yeah, the improved version is still work in progress and as soon as it's ready, the translation will begin. And then the foolproof reading.
Hope that won't take too long.
Stay tuned!

GO Review

I really like the way, you wrote down the essence of the game.
To be honest, the game was made in a few hours (including the horrible translation)
and more of a test, for dark, atmospheric level design.

The rating is more than justified, i am pretty astonished about the download counter of this lil project.
But hell ~ Thanks for reviewing! : )

@Interceptor:
Check this Thread, Post #2 http://rpgmaker.net/forums/topics/10204/
Cherry posted a solution there (Another Fullscreen Mode) wich will resolve your DirectDraw Issue.

AGORAPHOBIA

Pretty good so far, despite a hot summer, I am actually working on it :P

I am kicking myself in the buttox to get this thing done, as developing psychological horrgames really chews on your psyche @__@`

But well, the things you do for internet-dollars ...

AGORAPHOBIA

Thanks : )

The feedback since the release has been very good, so far.
~ But still a lot to do, till the Directors Cut is done.
For anyone who wants a sneak-peak, there are tons of Lets-Plays on Youtube allready (even though they are in german and russian)
But maybe thats enough to get a glimpse of the game, without spoiling to much ':D

AGORAPHOBIA

No english yet! :/

Would recommend to wait for the advanced version of the game (Directors Cut), to start a translation, as there will be major updates, tons of new content and so on.

My personal deadline is still July 2015 for the DC.
