I can't seem to figure out how RPG Maker 2003 had that single resize separator thingy between the tileset palette and the map tree. If scrolling around in the area I've provided you becomes too small, I'll just make it a floating tool window so you can make it tiny or huge and move it about (or close it / reopen it).
I think I'll do that.
I *think* (but can't remember for sure) that cherry's rm2k9 ultimate did something similar? Or at least had the option to have parts of the UI as free-floating windows. Dockable floating window would be the best though :D

A new, totally free independently made RM in the style of 2k3 is a much more interesting prospect than the old RM 20xx (and that was still an interesting prospect!)

RPG Maker 2003 is broken? It's all black.
The RTP is a seperate download (should be an archive file of some kind) containing all the standard graphics and sounds etc for RM.
You should be able to find it around somewhere with a little searching >_>
