Hi, I'm OldPat, an italian indie game developer. I'm trying to improve as much as I can, hoping to reach a professional level one day.

Practice makes perfect!
The lighting coming from the windows is a bit strange, seems more like smoke to me.
But aside from that, very nice location! I really love the details.
Always good to see RPG Maker games made with backgrounds like that (it's for a game you're making, right?).

the machine gun kingdom art makes him look a lot cooler than he actually is
in my headcanon he has the voice of billy mays
Marty's supposed to look a bit cool and good looking (There's a reason why he's always sorrounded by chicks, after all. Well, ok, he was rich as well, but...). Think of him as a much more stupid, a much more silly and a much less badass version of Ryo Saeba from City Hunter and you get the picture.
That kind of voice doesn't suit him at all, imo. xD
I finished FFXV. I don't think I've ever been so amazed yet disappointed at a game, ever.
I felt that way about MGSV. I've been thinking about buying FFXV but I'm afraid that it might disappoint me like FFXIII did at the time. Do you think it is worth the money after all, despite its disappointing bits?

Thanks, guys! Actually, I drew him off of a real rat. That was simply what his tail looked like. I could add lines.
Yeah, I figured what kind of tail you had in mind. The fact is, imo, that it looks much too "flat".
Take the rat, for instance. You did add some lines there in order to make him look more "three-dimensional". Because of that, the "flatness" of the tail stands out too much. I... don't know if what I'm saying make any sense. Darn language barriers. xd
At least, that's what I feel by looking at it.
All the drawings you put here do feel a bit "flat" because of the lack of any shading or things like it. No big deal, of course, I mean... I don't want to criticize this, as it might be your own personal stylistic choice and those artworks are pretty nice nonetheless. You could try adding some shading just to see what kind of results you might get (without exaggerating).
