RAMZA'S PROFILE
I've spent a large part of my 26 years designing video games, mostly in my head. When I discovered RPG Maker 2000, I finally had a medium to put my thoughts down into, and I did.
At the time of its release, Mana Conquest was massive - even a ten hour long game was insane in those days, and the graphics kind of sucking was generally overlooked, due to the scope of the project.
Several years since, and I'm a bit embarrassed concerning how bad the first game really was. I've tried to fix that in the sequel, but between when I started, and now, there have been three new RPG Makers, and since they don't allow backwards compatibility, I've been stuck on RM2k3. Shameful.
I've come too far to quit now, though.

Greetings.
Thank you kindly.
I have submitted a download for the game, it is pending approval right now. I'll warn you that while the download is pretty huge (19.8mb is huge for an rm2k game in 2005) you do not need to have the rm2k rtp installed at all to play it (although the font might be screwy if you don't).
Probably in the near future I'll submit a project page for my current project, the second part in the trilogy.
Thanks for the welcomes guys, I hope to be around quite a bit. And Kentona, did you make that avatar? Words can't describe it's awesomeness.

I have submitted it as a project on the site right now, but it hasn't been accepted yet, and I assume because of that I cannot set a download for it yet. It was an rm2k game, released right before christmas in 2005. It was winner of three misao awards in 2006, although wasn't even nominated for best music, despite it's almost entirely custom musical score.
Anyway, when it's accepted I'll post a link to it, I'm not sure on the policy of plugging the game's actual website, so I'll avoid doing that until I know better.

Hello, I'm Ramza. I'm 22 years old and I've been working with rpg makers and game makers since I was 12...ish. I suck at graphics and most things art related. I excel at story writing and programming (in an rm2x kind of way, anyway). I have created one finished game in the entire time I've been making them, part one of a trilogy that is still being worked on (albeit slowly).
Now that that's out of the way, some of you might recognize me as the webmaster of a little rpgmaker site called blade2k. I never really frequented many other rpg maker websites, although I was a member on most of them (GGZ, GW, RRR, UI, etc). Ironically I never knew this place existed until sometime yesterday, when I was sent here by a buddy who was browsing the forum. I fell in love with the way this place is laid out. This was the kind of setup I had actually dreamed about for blade2k at one point back.
Anyways, coming to the realization that the site is awesome, I decided I should probably sign up here and plug my game, or something. maybe hang around on the forum a bit. Even if no one knows me, or whatever, that's fine too. :)
