I sympathise as I posted something approximating the first post of this topic on a different forum several years ago, if you choose to use sphere I will help you a bit with scripts if you can assure me you're committed to the project.

What are you thinking about right now?
Hopping back and forth in my mind between three rather different things:
a) What does it mean that I'm a christian.
b) What am I going to write in my next Sphere Scripting tutorial.
c) How long is the mathematics (university work) I need to do going to take.

Ok, a couple of comments for you, you've appeared here as someone completely new, you've got nothing to show that you have any particular skill and are asking if other people will dive in and do a lot of work on a game of your devising.
You haven't decided what tool you wish to make it with, note RPG Maker 2k/2k3 is not compatible with RPG Maker XP or RPG Maker VX or Sphere. THe later three are each not compatible with each other either.
I enjoy helping people with Sphere games (I don't have any version of RPG Maker any more), I enjoy making battle systems and the like for people, but neither myself nor anyone else is going to commit to working on a project with that little information. I'm sorry.

It seems that during the recent BB code edits an edit has been made which prevents me from indenting code, when I tried a couple of days ago:
