Something happened to me last night when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go. I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky. It was moving irregularly. Suddenly, there was intense light all around. And when I came to, I was home.

What do you think happened to me?

RPG Maker on a Mac

Mac (and Linux) really aren't a very large market. There's just a very vocal minority that demands support and they usually end up pirating the end result anyway. If you care about getting niche software, then get a PC.

RPG Maker on a Mac

You're pretty much just screwed. If you want to use RPG Maker, get a PC.

In fact, not only is it very difficult to do, but it breaks the EULA to do it in the first place if you use the RTP at all. The RTP is only licensed for use on Windows.

Guys... I got Ace as a gift. :D

Horde encounters are not only coming to Pokemon OR/AS, there's going to be horde TRAINERS that send five Pokemon against one.

Future projects ( literally )

September can't come soon enough!

I would also vote for the tileset. Good scifi tiles are quite difficult to come by and they're time-consuming to make yourself and expensive to commission.

Good for you, Mr Coder.

What I'm saying is, those are trivial additions and I would be surprised if someone hasn't already made a script that does that for you.

I would like the ability to create a save during test playing, even if the game has saving disabled. This would help so much with testing - just the other day I got through a part and remembered I'd disabled saving in that area, but had ages to go back to the save point (and thus afterwards added another fucking save point because fuck me). Being able to call up a one-time save in testing would be great. Hell, more options during testing would be nice.

You could add that in with a single line of code.

The Screenshot Topic Returns

Doing a performance stress test on Vita. I managed to get four 25,000 poly skinned characters animating and the framerate is still glassy-smooth. Seems I'll have to do a lot less optimization than I was expecting.
