Magic in my universe is not common but each character with magick has power over an element although two my playable characters have Water and Wind as their element but can use Ice and Thunder Magicks. There is an Earth elemental user who I plan on giving a spell of Fire, Ice, and Thunder that she uses through manipulating nature(think a Final Fantasy Geomancer but casting Firaga instead of a fire-based skill) but only has the single-target spells. The Fire and Water users each have a healing spell (Resurrection and Single-Target Heal respectively) as there's a specialized healer whose affinity is not towards Light which won't appear in the Game, but Life which lacks offense except for a drain spell and instant death.

Thanks! I got it to work. How would I go about changing the Title display though? It's optional since there's one character without an elemental affinity.

Remove the class and title from the status screen or at least let us rename them. I don't mean the class and title of the character but instead I am not using classes for one and my titles aren't really titles as much as they are the character's elemental proficiency.

I'm using those faces too with my own twist on them to resemble Final Fantasy IV or VI portraits and some of them are more edited than others. I'm also impressed that you're making a retro-style game with RMVX Ace.

And which patches you use?
Do you use a DynRPG? If yes I think that is bug with DynRPG.
I use it. I'll just request a plugin as I took another RPG_RT and I still can't change the strings.

String Table => 4079 (first) => 0 - there are these texts in my RPG_RT file (english from RPG Advocate). Maybe do you use some patches?

Yes. The easiest way in my opinion would be to Show a fullscreen black and the character sprite as Pictures at the same time, the black screen at 100% transparency and the sprite at 0%, then gradually decrease the black screen's transparency to zero.
