I saw a trailer for VVVVVV once that made it look mind-bending and awesome, though I got the impression it wouldn't be much fun unless you became intimately familiar with the layout.

I don't know why, but I have purchased every single Humble Indie Bundle with higher than average purchase prices. I have never played any of the games (though I did download them). I'm not really interested in any of the games, and I'm indifferent towards the EFF.

Technically Dyhalto donated his $25 back to rpgmaker.net, and then I decided to double the pot and donate the money to you after your blog post (and informed Dyhalto as such). It's okay though man, I didn't donate the money to you because of your opinions on rpgmaker.net, which to be honest were never super positive. Have fun at Meridian Dance.

This is probably just ironic timing but it appears content on Gamejolt must share the frontpage with Sonic Vs. The Recolors 2. This Sonic parasite knows no bounds.
It's strange that you think you understand internal site mechanisms that aren't public, but I guess perception trumps reality. This is especially odd since you're referencing RMN4, which has had a lot of time and effort put into by several staff members and others.

For the record I don't mind comments on reviews and I think everything on the site should be commentable. The main problem I have is we all too often only use the review comment box to post the aforementioned ridiculous advice or attempt to steamroll the reviewer.

Max, while we are out ending things -- and since you have a now unparalleled success rate with user petitions (re: Space_Monkey's avatar), perhaps we could create some momentum to stop backseat driving other user's reviews. Sometimes it seems like every comment on a review follows this theme: "Your review sucks and you are inferior. Mine would be awesome and have more accurate ratings, if only I would write one. Instead I will criticize your review instead." I see this most often regarding category scores and overall grades. It's even more glaring when the backseat driver admits to never playing the game and just dislikes the reviewer's style or format.
I appreciate seeing constructive criticism as much as the next guy, but I think we've been crossing the line by trying to dismiss other's opinions and experiences because they're not like ours.
