Scamper would be useful if you had enemies do very predictable but powerful moves that could wastesimbaleo. However it's really hard to balance it in rm2k3 with the shitty ATB stuff in the way.
yeah it's sort of a shame, because i see the value in the move but rm2k3's battle system is so broken that it wouldn't be practical and i doubt anyone would use when they could just heal instead of randomly bail.
BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT if there was a boss that gave you like a warning before a super huge physical attack i could see it being very situational/useful. heh i don't want to be a "craze" but....

scamper doesn't sound very useful. like, it just reminds me of defense, which nobody uses you know?(in theory if it were a cbs it would be a cool move)
