1/1.5 - so horribile I will not mention it. No one would like this trash.
2/2.5 - bad but with some good qualities or good
but with many bad flaws. Could have been worse and some people may like it anyway.
3/3.5 - from decent to good games. This is what I normally expect: entertainment. Some people may like it more, others less but it's ok!
4/4.5 - exceeded my expectations. These are must play for everyone.

Does anyone know of any RM games in the superhero genre besides Master of the Wind & Outlaw City?

Well, a superhero RPG doesn't make a ton of sense. Because superheroes don't start off weak and get strong through experience. They gain their power all at once through a freak accident or a genetic mutation.
Well the games Freedom Force (and sequel) and Superhero, League of Hoboken (ok this was more an adventure/rpg disguised as superhero game) were nice superhero rpgs. Not Rm games, of course, but Rpg is a medium, not a genre (they even did a beat em up with the X-men, so why not?). It can work.
Does anyone know of any RM games in the superhero genre besides Master of the Wind & Outlaw City?
The only one I played is an old comedic italian rpg called StrangeTale. You have a team of five dumb characters: one is a gadgeteer, another (named Purger) is the equivalent of the Punisher, the third is a uber samurai, then there is a girl that uses elemental powers and a fat nerd... that later in the game gets powers from a dying masked superhero and becomes Fatman.

It is a long and weird game that parodies many other things besides the superheroes.
Then there is maybe the german Endzeit in which you play as "Kaptain Atom" but it's more post apocalyptic... (they are the same that made "Moloch City", I think the only Rm noir/gangster game I have ever seen)
But yes it's an uncommon genre...

The Best/Worst Ironic or Meme Game You've Ever Played
Tales of Banalia by Lollo (yep, the creator of Theia the Crimson Eclipse) was hilarious. Pity that humor would be lost if translated... well not always :)
Despite the humor and the irony this is playable and also very good!
The worst I played instead is one whose name I cannot remember. You played as an egg helped by a drunken cow and the first combat was against a fecal golem that emerged from a toilet... -_-' combat and mapping were pretty terrible and the game was meh.

Any games as good as The Way

I'd also recommend Three the Hard Way
I was going to suggest this one too.
- A deep intricate story (most important) ✓ check!
- The game was a huge tragedy ✓ (well more or less it is! Check!)
- The soundtrack ✓ I liked especially the menu theme.
- A love story ✓ Check!
- The setting of being a wandering traveler ✓ Wandering mercenary in this case...
Ok, no game is similar to The Way, but TTHW, despite some differences, has a complex story and many characters. It's more "jrpg oriented" but has some interesting features, like optional bonus quest e different paths.
I agree with the other suggestions (I reviewed them all ^_^), but yes, Legion Saga 1 was a bit meh and Endless Nova is pretty good (but combat is very Final Fantasish with the Orbs and elements).
