1/1.5 - so horribile I will not mention it. No one would like this trash.
2/2.5 - bad but with some good qualities or good
but with many bad flaws. Could have been worse and some people may like it anyway.
3/3.5 - from decent to good games. This is what I normally expect: entertainment. Some people may like it more, others less but it's ok!
4/4.5 - exceeded my expectations. These are must play for everyone.
5 - Rpgmaker Nirvana
*NOTE*: event games/jam submissions and other games that were developed in a very short time or with other restrictions get a rating bonus (usually +0,5), you are warned!

Nemoral Review

Thanks for the detailed review! I could have sworn you reviewed this game but I guess you only reviewed Kryopolis before. Yeah the ending was rushed because well that was all the time I could muster. Common complaint of my game jam games is not having a detailed ending lol, I will definately rectify that with the machine that breathes (plug plug plug).
Yeah yeah I only reviewed Kryopolis (2021, one year ago!), but I had this game in my to-play list so... I waited a bit. Anyway no, abrupt ending is not a problem I mean it also fits the genre even if just a final, conclusive dialogue would have improved everything, I mean there are many hints and books scattered, so just some final sentences to wrap up everything would have been enough.
For the rest nothing to complain, I am also a fan of this resource pack! Intro was also amazing.

This is an awesome review for a game that I just made in six days in my spare time, haha. Much appreciated.
Ahahaha. It's good even if the first time I got Game Over!

now I want to play SimCity
I remember playing SimCopter importing the SimCity map of the city I created...

Towelket One More Time 2: Karaage Tanpopo Review

One of the patchy team members here
I'm glad you liked the game, and thank you for your praise. Most of the music in Towelket 2 was created by Karugamo free music, with some exceptions like the starry road theme which was composed by Fauré.
First thing, great job with the translation!
Second... cool, I liked this game EVEN if so far the first was my favourite!
And now I'm trying the third. Really liking the series so far!

The Coins and the Crown Review
Hello! Thanks for the reply, I'll answer right now!
I understand and I respect that choice, anyway I always prefer a bit of interaction, for example see some of the last game I reviewed, like for example "Astronomer & Witch" that is structured about combat only but there are two maps, and one of them just add to the story. I mean, it's not much, and probably many players would totally skip that part, but I had fun checking things and learn about the background of the story. In some other games there is a small map to explore and then you are prompted to save just before the game begins.
But yeah, that's my opinion of course!
Yes, I understand, anyway I'm probably a bit focused on these problems because English is not my language too! So while I cannot judge the writing style or other refinements I limit myself to signal those things that stand out and are more noticeable. Unfortunately aside for evident errors (that sometimes I refrain to point out since in some cases I am not so sure about what is correct and what it not) I cannot give help on inproving writing. My english is pretty bad ehehehehe!
WHAAAT? Really??? How? I played the game about three times and I do not remember this at all!
I will check and edit the review then!
EDIT: ok, fixed! I remember watching the credits but probably these were too long that I skipped to the main menu!

- about the "no exploring, no free movement" issue: this game is a short one. at the beginning I thought about having the player move around and interact but I realized it just didn't add anything to this particular game, so I made it a visual novel game instead (I do have a sequel planned that will be longer and will have a lot more free movement like traditional RPGs).

- about the typos: English is not my main language so that's not surprising, I'll go over the intro and try to spot the typos but if you can tell me exactly where they are it'll help.

- And about the "no save, no skipping, restart the game" issue: Did you watch the credits to the end? You can save after they ends, for a reason ;) Seriously, if you've gone past the credits and needed to restart the game this is actually a major issue with the game, please tell me about it!

I wonder what is happening here. For some reason this screen make me think about Akira (Tetsuo Shima to be precise). But I may be wrong!

Metal Slug tanks VS cute Rpgmaker characters. We all know who will win here! Mimi the Witch surely has some special skill ready!

Thank you for taking the time to review! I love your review title. ;)
And congratulations on winning - always warms the heart to see persistence paying off. By the way, I like the way you took and captioned screenshots in your review, they're like a cool subplot.
You took a good look around, and I'm glad you enjoyed yourself, even if it was a bit challenging!
You didn't expect I was able to win without lowering the difficulty, don't you?
Ahaha I was so stubborn, but yeah I am pretty sure there are lots of other endings I missed (well at least two depending on some choices), isn't it?
Anyway I do not mind the difficulty, just the shortness because the world building is pretty interesting and the setting is fascinating, but yeah it's a (very) short game. But a quite surprising one, probably some will hate it (for the challenge of course), others will love it!
Cool concept. I'm really looking forward some next entries, a sequel, prequel or something else entirely.
