Final Fantasy Blackmoon Prophecy

We should start compiling a list of Blue Magics and which monsters drop them. Anyone find any?

Final Fantasy Blackmoon Prophecy

^^

Son, I am disappoint.

Final Fantasy Blackmoon Prophecy

Even though I'm supremely over-leveled, I must be the unluckiest guy in the world when it comes to obtaining Blue Magic drops. How rare are they? 1% drop rate?

Change Log

  • Player can save anywhere in Kohlingen.
  • Confuse state has no visual representation (at least not on Elina).
  • Reminder: Forest southeast of Organa is still passable by Chocobo, allowing players to bypass events in Organa and proceed to Kohlingen early.

Change Log

  • The Blue Magic spells "Slime" and "Missile Assault" are still usable when Ami is silenced. Since they are both blue "magic" spells, they should not be usable.
  • Priority for the "Petrify" and "Stun" states should be at the highest level allowed, so their animations show properly in battle. If a character is inflicted with a higher priority state such as Haste, the Petrify (stone-like appearance) animation doesn't show.
  • When using the Tourism Bureau to travel to the Auction House, the Auction House bidding will not activate until you leave and re-enter.

I don't have any other Blue Magic spells to test silence on, how exactly do you obtain new ones?

Change Log

  • Player can save anywhere in Daguero.

  • The first house you can enter in Daguero has a man stating the house will be placed on the market. Following that conversation, he begins to wander the house and is missing frames of animation when facing left or right.

  • Organics doesn't seem to be equippable by anyone in the player's party at the time that it becomes available. Not sure if intentional.

Change Log

You can walk into the throne in the castle northwest of Organa.

Change Log

Yes, well... maybe. I mainly grinded a lot to see if the battles were too restricted to a certain level (as in, you're meant to be level 10 in this area, but you spent a little more time fighting, and now you're level 15, and everything is super easy). I'm glad to say that being a few levels past where you're intended didn't make the game super easy. Of course, at this point, I'm demolishing everything, but that's just me being a maniac and XP'ing so much.

I would think anyone who rushed through would actually be having a pretty hard time on some of the battles, actually.

Also, since we're reporting bugs... are the spike traps that animate supposed to ALWAYS damage you?

Change Log

Just returned the guy's kid in Organa. I spent a lot of time grinding up that repeatable battle in the pyramid, heh heh.

Vahn: Level 40
Nobumasa: Level 36
Elina: Level 39 (solo'd her for a while after the Monk's Glove buff)
Ami: Level 26

Oh, also, when I use the Moogle Whistle, the battle animation is screwy. I saw this was reported before, just a reminder.

EDIT: If you're curious, I grinded the other characters while Vahn and Elina were dead for a while to let them catch up. Testing, testing, testing...

Change Log

The description for X-Cura and X-White (Damn right, I be grindin' again!) are missing the "(Party)" in the description the way the other "X" spells have it.
