Hmm...does your anti-virus not give you the option to make an exception? If you can download everything except the game exe (the little dragon head), you might be able to copy it out of another vx ace project and paste it in.

Draco's one of my favorites too. I always wanted to have a fire-breathing dragon as a party member. If you really wanted to, you could probably beat the entire game with one summon. It'd be harder, sure, but it's possible. But hey, where's the fun in that, right?

When I reached that fight he took my chimera so I just restarted the game and summoned my weakest monster which was my slime but he didn't take it. That fight can be challenging if you go into it with your stronget monster.
Heh heh, that's what I wanted to happen. How difficult that boss is will depend entirely on which summon you face him with first.

Sure, slimes are pretty pitiful, but when you're engaging a dark sorceress in mortal combat, you can't really afford to be choosey.

Why yes, yes there is! Now as to whether there's a good reason, that's an entirely different question. The slime quest was an added near the end of the game's development, so I had forgotten that it was obtainable before you could fight Damien. Its already been programmed into the next version though, but for now your slime can't be snatched.
Ultimate Edition in Production
I'm already getting hyped, it's always been a dream of mine to have someone do a let's play of my game. I suppose I'll just have to up the quality control even further so you don't run into any issues.
