At the beginning of every stage, a mission objecive will appear. It will simply tell you what to do to complete the stage requirements.
Just saying I still object to the "Kill ALL enemies" objective.

I will change the killing all enemies to killing (x) amount of enemies because of the fact that I hate going through the stage over again if I missed an enemy. This was just a quick example of what Mission objectives will look like. I hope to release the next demo before the 4th of July.

I will add custom controls since It's a high demand:) People have complained about that since the beginning. I also removed the run button because holding it down is tiring and can jam it up. I spent the last hour or two testing the new Seaside Coast Boss, and my left hand is killing me. So, the next time you see an update, there will be several changes.

Will we still be able to run?
Is it possible that rather than just holding down the button to run you could make it so that pressing the "run button" toggles between walk and run?

Fantasic Idea! I can do that easily. I never would have thought of that.However, most 2D action games don't use a run button. Instead, it will have a neutral feeling like Mega Man or 2D RPG games (not to fast, not too slow). Its so hard to choose how to handle this situation. I guess the next demo will speak for me.

I fear I could not get very far because of "key jamming" issues. For example, I'm holding three keys at the same time (The space bar to jump, the left arrow button to go left, and the up button to enable high-jump), and the computer only recognizes two button presses ("go left" and "jump"). Well, I figure that I need to be able to high-jump to get to the next platform, anyway, because normal jumping obviously ain't getting me there!

In no way am I blaming you, or the game, for this, but how possible is it to set up customizable controls?


I was considering that:) You're playing the beta demo, which has several flaws. I will update this game soon with fixed gameplay and animations.

Right now, the Battle System and Gameplay are being refined. These two will be added soon. They are very unique. Congratulations to Dyhalto and orochii. Also, I orignally said that I would have 3 winners, but I increased it to 7. 7 is the number of perfection, so if you want to submit a character, feel free:)

However, If I don't have seven, I'll have to go back to the basics with 3.

And . . . it's done!

However, don't you think that reducing everything will make the game a little too hard? I'm not complaining, but I understand that this download is for experienced players only! (If you can't handle it, don't download it). I know I can handle it because I've beaten some of the hardest FF bosses. I hope the challenge is as good as you say it will be. Can't wait to see it:)
