Hi! Thank you for peeping at my profile.
I like making modern-themed games. My first game, Onyx, was made in 2006, when I was a senior in high school. So it's pretty ROUGH, but people seem to like it? Total Chaos is my personal favorite, but it has some, erm, issues, too. Mystery Man Zero is coming you guys, I haven't forgotten about it. A full-game will come out even if it takes 10 years. Oh gosh, I hope it doesn't take that long, but you get what I'm saying, right?
Right now, I am also working on A Nightmare in Sunnydale, a horror genre mesh-up fangame, if you will. I also like playing games. Actually, playing RPGM games is legit one of my favorite pastimes. *insert smiley here*
When I can fit it in, I do a little bit of Gatekeeper as well, a sci-fi fantasy about a team of god-lite forces, Gatekeepers, who have to protect the dying Earth from forces they don't even know about.

I really dislike Hip Hop. But... I liked Lulu's theme remix.... A little.
Hymn of the Fayth Hip Hop ver. is... Funny.
I'm getting scared by those stuff. Ant To Zanarkand remixes are foul.
Don't let the junk on the radio scare you. Real hip hop can be really uplifting.

Well actually, I haven't really tried so far. To be honest, I never really cared that much about vamps. The stuff I like such as Buffy/True Blood/John Carp's Vampires/etc, I liked in spite of the vampires, not because, if that makes any sense.
My thing is sort of inspired by The Evil Dead. If you were to ask me to describe it, it would be a cross between that and Silent Hill.

What does it take to get a book published...?
I have no idea (although I should), but I would imagine a piece of high (comparatively speaking) quality but also marketable?
I'm still working on it, but I hope to have something good enough to publish within the next few years or so. I don't know how likely horror novels are to get published, however...

Fan Games -- The Golden Rule
I'm making a fan game, but I'm not at all assuming that the players will be familiar with the source material(s) that I pulled from. What it is, is basically an nostalgia explosion for fans of the original materials, but (hopefully) still enjoyable for people who've never even heard of the source materials before.

Your screenshots need to be organized. Like, from what it looks like, it's just a bunch of stuff thrown together. I would suggest playing through some games to figure out what decent/good mapping is supposed to be look like. Go through the list of featured games to start with. It reeeeeeeeeeally makes a difference. I am by no means great at mapping, but that has helped me (and still does).
THE GAME is fine. In order to understand the screenshot you must PLAY THE GAME. Judging something is bad because you don't understand it is BAD.
You should pick screenshots that best represent your game. If your screenshots just look like a random, cluttered mess, well...
Just practice some more. You really notice a difference the more you do it.
