Forever's End

Hmm it is quite BIG (141.8MB) but after 1/2 hr I shall have this.

Forever's End Review

Thanks for actually replying to my concerns(not a lot of game makers do that...). I just don't why this critical skill isn't forced upon the player really because not everyone is a "I must check everything" type of player.

Play Something! Day III [February 4th, 2009]

Good to know. :)

Well I'll be playing these:

Forever's End Done!
Eternal Star
Megaman X: The Return of Wily (demo) Done!
Fenrir Done!

Hope I can review at least 2 of them before the weekend's over.

Play Something! Day III [February 4th, 2009]

Thanks Kentona, I already got Eternal Star beforehand but saw it got cancelled so I decided not to play it. I'll probably start with that.

I need recommendation because I can not think for myself. Sorry. :|

What annoys you in a game?

Using 2k(3) is like smoking. It's understandable if you started way back when it was cool, but why the fuck would you start now? Go try VX.

How is it like smoking? It doesn't slowly destroy you or cost you £6 per box plus you can use 2k3 without having to worry about if it'll clog up your computer's fan vents.

Ads?????

I'll leave it open. xD

Nothing. I blame Dwarf Fortress...and general discouragement.

What's Dwarf Fortress?

I haven't really been doing much except for working on the story which is still lacking. Got 2 chipsets done last month as well as learning a few tricks to make games sound better.

In your opinion, which series fans are the worst?

I don't like series hardcore fans really. I find many to be way to obsessed with the subject matter and often get violent if I ever criticize one aspect of the series.

Other "normal" fans are okay provided they don't force you to like what they like.

I'm actually fond of many things including the Mother series, RPGMaker, Pro Evolution Soccer, Heroes etc but I see many things wrong with each of them.

Forever's End Review

This game looked good just by looking at some of the screenshots but if battles are ridiculously unbalanced then I'm afraid it loses most of it's appeal to me. Of course I can open up RPGMaker and lower the HP of the enemies if the game's not locked.

Thanks for the informative review! :D

Possible Story Ideas for Possible Upcoming Games...possibly.

Probably better in Game Theory buuuuut anyway, why do you feel you need to make a game out of other people's story? Why not just make your own one? I know it takes more effort but it'd be doing yourself a favour.

As for That Fine Line, judging from the comments it looks unplayable. Overpowered bats, glitches etc. Did you fix those issues yet?
