Your stuff is MINE
author=LockeZ
Oh, so some kind of collectibles? That actually sounds interesting. It feeds the idea of filling some list, which will make completionists crazy.
Perhaps when you've grabbed everything else in that category, you get a medal next time. After that... Steal money, start from 1 gold, increment by 1 each time?
Your stuff is MINE
Failure-rates are always annoying cause of the potential wasted turn getting nothing in return. I have a suggestion.
1. It would seem best that the character with the skill actually would have experience with stealing, so there's some reason behind this.
2. Give each enemy that you can steal from a list of items. Start with minor, rather useless item and end with more valuable ones. Now...
3. Steal will always work if there are items to take, but there can be different approaches.
a. Steal in successive order. You will start taking the lesser items. Keep stealing and you will eventually net the valuable ones.
b. Randomize which of the items you grab. You might get lucky and get the valuable ones on the first try, or you might have to keep stealing to get what is more worth.
No matter which approach, the round will not be fully wasted. You will always get something in return. At least until you've ransacked your opponent fully.

You may want to correct that link to your game's screenshot section.
It won't work if it points to your account's game management, which it will just point back to my own.

The Mess-up A Wish Foundation
author=Ratty524Wish granted! Have a nice trip, you won't be coming back. It's a permanent visit.
I wish I could visit the Permian period in Earth's history.

I'll take one wish for getting omnipotence please.
Game elements you haven't seen before, but want to
Have you played The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks then?
Your description is closer than you'd think.

Puzzles, Secrets, and my beef with Zelda
author=mawk
That's true. It's just a key-lock mechanic where most of the locks are easily defined once you've solved such a puzzle once before. Although I like the gameplay, the puzzles in the series are far from challenging.
Scribblenauts is somewhat similar. They just gave that 'key' many more possible locks to open(or break when trying).
Puzzles, Secrets, and my beef with Zelda
author=LargeI think you meant the Golden Sun-series.
The use of psynergy there surely made the games more interesting. I've always preferred the approach to using items/magic at your disposal to solve puzzles.
In many games where you have things like magic, it perplexes me how they rarely are used for any other practical means that defeating enemies. You've got fire-magic? "Oh geez, how are we ever getting past this wooden door or patch of poison spore flowers?"
Why your name?
Zephyr; A light wind or west wind
My favorite classic element is wind. I like wind overall.
If I remember correctly, the username is the result of checking for cool words associated with wind. It's been with me for about 10 years or so.
It's not very unique however...
