Pixel Quilt: Logo Edition!

Dibs on the last section.

nomura wants to remake FF5/FF6

author=Liberty

Agreed. Ever since I played Final Fantasy IV for DS, all I wanted was for FFV and FFVI to take that step. They never did.

Final Fantasy VII was already in the 3D realm, but I'm not sure how I'd feel about sending the SNES era in this supposed direction. I want something that still relates to the graphical style of old-school Final Fantasy.
I'm not appaled by the thought, just a bit sceptical.

Pixel Quilt: Logo Edition!

So, it's been almost two weeks and no response...
Are we gonna say the last spot is up for grabs again?

How is there not an E3 topic yet? Welp here you go.

My respect for Nintendo took a deep plunge after seeing which direction they took my favorite franchise - Metroid.
Just gotta accept it now. The series is DEAD! This is Nintendo dancing on its corpse.

Who is your RMN OTP?

Hah, avoiding this by being a 90%+ lurker.
I'm as forgettable as a random cloud in the sky.

That's kinda sad actually...

Pixel Quilt: Logo Edition!

Cosmic squid joins. I do wonder what it's saying.

Pixel Quilt: Logo Edition!

I'll tackle D. I'm not a pro, but I think I can work something out.
Just gotta make sure I free up time for it...

What do you love/hate seeing in a game?

I hate when a game warns you about something or some place and the game pretty much forces you that way to progress the plot. And then pretty much the bad stuff you saw a mile away happens. But this is bad only if it could be obviously avoided altogether.

Golden Sun: Dark Dawn for example.
This sentient tree warns you not to activate the Alchemy Dynamo in Belinsk. You visit Belinsk later. You need to infiltrate the castle and use an underground path. Path blockage sets you on a detour. Now it's too obvious you're heading towards the Alchemy Dynamo, but it's the only way you can go to progress the game. No one in the group even once brings up that it might be a bad idea to continue further. And of course you're being forced into activating, triggering the biggest plot detour in the game.

The official English 2k3 version is out!

Last time I made a project in rt2k3, adding a battle animation in the map when another battle animation is already in effect would cancel the first one. does anyone know if there was ever a patch fixing this or if the official release has this covered? Just for closure.
I remember having to use a priority-system determining which would be best to show and which other to discard for the moment. Was kinda annoying.

Smash your controllers, smash your shit, smash your kids.

I can't recall ever having a rage-attack induced from a videogame.
If there's some bullshit to reach that limit, I might at worst get overwhelmed by "annoyance" that breaks my concentration and which forces myself to put down the game for a while. Waiting a day mostly works. Sometimes I'll refuse to get back into the game for weeks.

Like in the case with Dark Souls with this boss battle
Ornstein and Smough
where all my deaths broke me a bit too much. I dropped the game for several months before I got back and did some progress.
