I kind of felt bad downloading this because it was a Hallowe'en game and it had 666 downloads. I made it 667 =/

I'm reading it at the moment. I was going to print it so I could read it out and a bout, but I realised it'll cost me £20 =0
Anyway, I'm about 20 pages in.. I've noticed a couple of strange uses of words but I'm putting it down to the fact that it's not in standard English. ("tufts of snow" was one. Also, to me the word "ricochet" seems strange p.17)
Anyway, that's really splitting hairs. ;)
So far, it's quite unpleasant. But reads really well!

Hey guys. The project I'm working on at the moment is a sci-fi rpg soundtrack. I'm only using a few instruments to keep things in the realms of achievability.
Anyway, the idea is that the music would be for a SNES style game. RM2k3 style. Well, after a brief irc session, I was introduced to a website that can change MIDIs to MP3s.. But, I'm not sure whether I prefer the MP3 version or not. I'm wondering if you could just give a quick: 'sounds better' or 'sounds worse'. I would appreciate it. =]

The interior set could use a wee bit of modification, it seems a bit flat. The walls and floor do not give the impression of being perpendicular. Perhaps slightly altering the colour of either the wall or floor could help =]

I'm working on music for an imaginary game. I want to do a kind of RTP midi selection for sci fi games. Not so many as come with RM, because the workload is too high. I was thinking of limiting myself to just the same 5 instruments or something for each track.
