Chrono Trigger: Prelude to a Dream
Sorry for this late reply. After multiple attempts (including saving first to the computer), I finally downloaded 7-Zip and opened it with that. For some odd reason, that worked whereas my WinRar would not. Oh well, it's up and running now, so I'm a happy camper.

My guess is that the game designe is using a font most people don't have installed on their computers. The game designer (sorry, can't see the names of users on this thread) will need to either download that font for all to use, or at the very least tell us where we can go to download it. Once you get the font from him then you will need to insert it into your fonts directory (C:\Windows\Fonts), restart the game, and the text should be there. This is usually the case for games that use fonts outside of the norm.
As for Evanescense, well, I think I liked that more than they typical approach these days, which is to use Kingdom Hearts or some other popular music piece. In fact, the top 4 games people pull music from is Final Fantasy VII, Xenogears, Chrono Trigger, and Kingdom Hearts. So I welcome the change.
However, I do agree waiting through the slow, sluggish credits, while listening to the music and waiting for the game to get underway tends to weigh on a person's patience. My suggestion is to do something similar to Final Fantasy 3 for the DS, so that while the music is playing, in between brief periods of credits, add in some in-game scenes. So it would go credits, game area, next set of credits, next game area.

It just notifies you when someone makes a comment on the game, or if any activity is done on it by the creator.
Thanks! I guess since I'm always on this site checking out new and updated things, it works out the same.
Generica: The Next Generation
There are a few games currently available in RM that provide the NES experience, and this is certainly ranked amongst the best. You could also look at some of the Dragon Fantasy games as well. But if you really want the experience, you could also download some NES game via the Wii's Virtual Console. Unfortunately, some of the better titles like Crystalis, Bionic Commando, and even Willow aren't included.
Anyway, just looking at this again today, and going over all the screenshots. I may just have to replay the first game to recap the story and then dive right into this. July 21 can't come fast enough!

I assume you're talking about FF3 (the NES version), not the SNES version which is FF6? Yeah, I'd love to get ahold of the FF3 for NES (with full English translation). I played the DS version and didn't quite care for it, probably because I prefer the old school graphics instead.

Out of curiosity, can somebody explain what the "subscribe" button does? I've used it a couple of times myself out of curiosity, and because it seems to be the "in-thing" to do with a game you like, but I've never understood its purpose.
In any case, very few screenshots are available for me to decide altogether about this, but from what I can see looks very good. I especially like the 2nd screenshot. It reminds me so much of "A Blurred Line" which I am now playing for the first time.

Dego Review
The rating system does have 5 stars, but often times people find that extremely limited. A 10-star rating allows more leeway for people to decide, and gives room for better scoring. It also plays on the mind a little bit. 3/10 is exactly the same as 1.5/5, but which do you think looks better? If I saw a game with a 1.5/5 rating and another with a 3/10 rating, I might be inclined to check out the 3/10 game first, even though the rating is exactly the same. Why? Because 3/10 just looks better overall and seems to offer a more positive outlook.

I couldn't get past the main menu. Nothing would accept "New Game", no matter what I pressed. When I clicked download, I'm first taken to a webpage in a foreign language, and had to hunt around for the actual download link there. Others may not wish for the hassle, so a suggestion may be that to skip over that website and go directly to the download.

I really do like this, but for some reason this doesn't seem to fit with the theme of the other screenshots. This image, though nicely done, creates a feel of something I would see in one of the newer DS Zelda games, whereas the rest of the screenshots look much more serious and in some cases dark. On the other hand, I think it would be great to combine these themes for a unique gaming experience (aka, gameplay done in final fantasy mapping style but certain cutscenes done in the style you have here).
