I have finally finished the main story. Now I have to do battle balancing and the creation of items/weapons/etc. This won't take as long as the main story, but there may also be side quests. I have two left to make in the starting area, and I need to put at least another couple in the later areas.
I polished the game as I went along with the story, which is why it took so long to finish. Plus, keeping going on haitus and coming back meant it kept getting delayed and I kept forgetting plot points. I'm having people play the game again, and noting down important details to help myself re-orientate myself.
And yes, this game has a map!
