Fallen Heroes
I downloading. Whether you'll eventually get feedback or a review from me depends on how I feel about playing. Using your own words, SH: Fair enough? Till then.
EDIT: It is not a question of if, but when I'll get around to play it. Sorry if it sounded differently.

Make sure you are standing beside the item and not on top of it. n.n You should be able to pick it up then.
I wonder if it would be better if we let you pick it up from the side and while standing on top?
Thanks, got it. The most logical thing would be for the game to let you pick it up while standing on it. The other option would only apply if you couldn't walk on top of it. In a sense, the earlier option is easier, since it doesn't depend on the way you are facing. I guess it's just what I have normally seen for such type of objects.
EDIT: BTW, I did it again to see what would happen and something was dropped again, but this one I couldn't pick up at all, as I expected.

Thanks for mentioning using the items on maids to get info. That's very useful
I found another issue:
When using a certain item (the earliest I found) on MR, the event occurs, but so far, I haven't been able to pick up the object dropped.

I found some things related to the Erol path:
- in the third place where you look for that somebody sometimes a guard will be there, sometimes the person you're looking for; I had no problem the first time around with this, but now that I was trying to replicate the whole path, I also found that even when the person you're looking for is there, the event doesn't occur and you can actually walk into them
- the first time I played, when I went back to get Erol once I had found the final place of the person sought, I tried to interact with him but he wouldn't respond (this was facing from below) and I walked into Erol, when I faced him from the left, he finally responded (this was what I was trying to reproduce just now before I got to the error above)
Did the Claire path with no problem.

I agree that there's no one RMN standard despite what some delusional people think. There's just a whole bunch of personal standards which may generally agree or disagree on occasion. They think that you by saying that you'll change your mind. When somebody either cared for or didn't for something, is unlikely anything will change their minds.
Regarding the ratings, there is no right or wrong scores, as long as they have the appropriate justification for them and both the good and the bad are mentioned so that the developer can address those issues in future versions of the game or projects. One thing I kept stressing is that the tone of the review has a lot to do with the reaction to the review itself. Also, a developer needs to be gutsy enough when releasing some to accept the good and bad reaction. Same thing with the reviewer. Don't be discouraged to post more reviews. You saw how when I pointed out to the critics that basically they were whiners not addressing particular issues, how they each reacted. That showed me a lot about each of them. In posting are review, you are just sharing an opinion of playing the game. Nobody will have your same experience exactly as you can. Regardless of whether anybody agrees with you completely or not, your opinion deserves to be respected, which all that unhealthy debate doesn't lead to.
