I'm going on record with this: I am totally against any sort of Kingdom Hearts references in any fashion.

Leon's sprites could easily look cool wearing Benjamin's armor from FFMQ, lol.

The "total fanservice" outfit I presume is for Parker and is a super sexi bikini.

I think I've seen a total of 2 or 3 animated Disney films... ever. (I grew up with Studio Ghibli instead of Disney) I've also never played any of the Kingdom Hearts games. They never really appealed to me.

As much as I love SaGa Frontier and the remake of Romancing SaGa, I couldn't stand Unlimited SaGa. It felt so... stripped down.

It would be really rad to see characters in alternate outfits! I'd post some of "my-imagination-is-running-wild" but that would probably end in Disney crossovers. ;_;
Nine out of the twelve "alternate bust portraits" are relevant to events in the story. Two out of the remaining three are... sort of joke/easter egg outfits (you'll have to unlock them and you'll see a cute scene). The last one is total fanservice. I hope that, when it eventuuuuaaaallllyyy makes it way into the game sometime waaaaaay in the future, I don't get lynched. It's for your favorite character. ;)
On another note... I guess you must be a big fan of the Kingdom Heart franchise then...

Ah, I see what you mean. The shadows are actually correct. I need to fix something else (the right chest outline) since the dress is kind of like a cardigan. I'll probably correct it later when I wake up.
I actually considered bonus outfits at a time. And actually... There are a few instances in the game where the characters will change costumes (for whatever purposes) and their bust portraits will change accordingly. The way I've tentatively planned these events though ensure that they don't coincide with battles so battler discrepancies are a non-issue.
Looking at my notes... I've got about twelve 'alt' costumes listed. :)
