KITTEN2021'S PROFILE

Returning from RMVX Death
1093
It has been a very long time since I have been on this website or hosted any games on it. Last message I left was sometime back in 2011, so obviously I have been on a lengthy hiatus. I apologize, but I am aiming to begin fresh and new with nothing tying me down or back due to what I previously had so all my previous games have been deleted from the site.

I will leave nothing on this website, except for very small things - updates every great once in a blue moon, etc. - and make no promises to anyone.

Please refer to the game titled Eriscadia for any further information.

I don't like these trees...

dezz, I hate these tree's; but, it's the only thing I could get that really differentiated my game from others, soooo... Yeah, I just kind of went with it. :/
If you know someone that can make tree's individually, I would be MORE than happy to credit that person if their willing to share their trees with me. Just, and I'm normally not picky or anything but, they kind of have to look like the ones featured in the image (color and softness wise), otherwise, they would really conflict with the rest of the game.

I think this is much better, very "foresty" :D

Thank you, IF :3

So, you like it stylish, huh?

You know, I've gone through a lot of game pages and I've realized that a lot fo them have nifty pictures in the bakground (no, I have no clue how to do this - teacher's teach please!) and wondered, 'What type of background should actually be posted? One that matches your game or one that represents a feeling your game is supposed to give off?' So, which is it guys???

Wasn't sure if this went here or in the General Discussion forum, someone move this if it goes elsewhere pwease. ^.^

Thanks ummnoms! :)
As for the shadows, thats unfortunetly how the chipset is actually made; the tree shadows appear flat, but their not.
The one in the center is an issue I'll fix some-how, what's going on here that no one is seeing is that a large majority of those tree's are actually just events. Thus, the issue with that shadow... :/
But again, I'll try to fix.

SD3 Ice Mountain Tile?

Sooooo sorry for the late reply, Tau! DX

Here is the file in ZIP format, there's only one file in it though:

And here is where I got it from in case you wanted to see what else they had:

(The page options to not see the text is annoying, btw...) :/

Looks okay XD A little more spicing up perhaps (the usual small stuff like stones, bushes, etc)
You know me and the "little extra's", I love 'em and they will be placed by the end of the area, no worries.

Seeing the same tree sprite in a straight line looks a little iffy to me. ;D
It's the blasted chipset... I hate the way the tree's are done, their not made well enough to allow you to make a random forest out of them. What you see before you is actually a careful mix of events, chipset and more events; that tells you how bad it actually is.
If someone has a better idea, please let me know, I have to do an entire forest out of these tree's... and I'm dreading it the most. >.<
It makes me actually fear going back to my game... *sigh*

State of the Maker: How we're doing.

- May was the best month ever for rpgmaker.net ad revenue, nearly doubling its monthly average. Combined with user subscriptions, rpgmaker.net now is entirely self-sufficient. Thanks to all of you who helped make that happen!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaay! d(^.^)b
Glad to hear this RC! <3

Nice place and backdrop, but the snow... Yeah, kinda' hurts the eyes. Maybe because its still, but none the less, just thought I'd throw that out there. Might want to tone it down just a tad...

ErinnaFields_SafeZone1_Test.png

The cliff is supposed to be where the town is actually located at, the hero goes under-ground to get to the base exits just east of town below the hill the town rests upon; so I really wasn't too interested in how it look, but I'll prolly go back and look at it to see what I can do. :/

The Blue Flame = Sav, your friendly spirit come to aid you in your travels.
The big man against the tree = traveler, also Safe Zone tutorial man. (You were close though, I had thought of using him as a merchant, but decided against it.)
