How do I learn to make portraits from scratch?
I've been working on my game this past week and things are going smoothly for the most part, which is quite an cool since I'm usually quite lazy... anyway, back to the point. I really want to attempt to learn how to make pictures in paint.net. You know, cd covers, book covers, portraits, ect. Does anyone have any idea where to start? Or do I have to learn to draw on paper and get it on the computer? I'm totally lost!

author=WCouillardJust a small update here. Still haven't done much on the pathways, with different ground stuff, but the environment is coming together. Also added a tint overlay to make it a bit spookier. There's some pretty cool stuff in this area, including a few bosses. ^_-
Looks nice! That rabbit looks rather...odd or is it just me?

I suppose...I'm also very pleased with the characters. Characters are my favorite part of any game so as long as the characters are good I'm happy.
