the question is "what monster in final fantasy you like"
any monster in final fantasy is the answer.
you bring another point to the discussion, and questioning the the question itself, without any example or argument.
that's why my post and your second post have a meaning.
it can be a neat topic yes, because personally, i could understand what kind of monster people like to see. and that's why i asked you to show me some example of what you like.

ok something like conclusion.
i see the introduction pages (as it was the easiest),
anything that was like " i am someone important" get the most attention. (like i am a artist).
anything that was friendly, and humerus, get medium attention.
anything like a "ala kavadra, ghoshi moshi vo" get the low attention.
there were other post, but it dose not add anything to the discussion.

so it seems useful and clear is the first priority, then come friendliness and humor ,and weirdness will be last.
so i should chose something like "What kinds of thread titles get your interest? (a collection of data)".

i may need to say this again, you can do whatever you want with your map, but you need to have a story matching this anomalies. you never experienced a dragon, but you accept it without question or with a little npc talk "oh we have dragon in this world"

however dragon is what we saw in multiple movie and games, that's why we accept it, if you create something unrealistic, and justify it with visual or story, no problem. but if you can't you are screwed. creating an unrealistic settings need a matching atmosphere.

personally i am no writer, so i will try to use screenshot of real natural phenomena when i mapping.
edit: and that's why i post screenshots, i need it to be accepted in first view.
