I liked Theme Roulette, but maybe that's because it's the only event I actually participated in. I think it was good in that you didn't even have to worry about making a game page, and other people participating in the event play it. My game probably got more plays than my regular games. It was also good to give you a starting point for what to make your game about.

I just started playing, and am only about 2 hours in. So far, the characters, story, and artwork are what is making it fun. The few battles that I've fought so far were okay, and as long as you don't make it too grindy, it should be fine.

If you want to make the battles more interesting, you can check out Yanfly's tips and tricks for ideas on unique skills.

I haven't gotten very far yet, but another suggestion I would make is to have better rewards for the quests on the board instead of just jelly. Maybe equipment or items that are slightly better than what you can buy, or potions to permanently raise your stats.

Overall though, I'm really enjoying it so far!

This sounds interesting. Signed up, but will be pretty busy for the first half... I'll try to make something decent to hand off though.

Bugs(?):
1. MP restoratives stores MP value as HP for some reason.
2. Sylvia's Life magic doesn't revive party members.
3. Beat the Goblin boss, Gobi, and Fire Elemental w/o training, but didn't get the Unschooled achievement. -- The only thing I can think of that might count as training is drinking that perma potion of Lilian's or hiring the two tutors.
4. Not sure about this, but Chimera doesn't die when you take out it's HP -- I used shatter, so not sure if you have to do it normally, or you have to survive XX turns. (Didn't feel like trying because MV freezes for me.)

Also, a good start would be to collect gold(working w/ maid), then buying swords/starting supplies before you reset, till you have 5k, so you'll begin w/ 1k, allowing you to hire one of the instructors. (Talk to the chicken at 2k and 5k point.)

Thank you for finding the bugs. My database got messed up somehow, especially my states.

1 and 2 were an easy fix.
3. For the Unschooled achievement, it checks the conditions when you use the crystal.
4. The Chimera supposed to resist "Wet" (so you can't shatter him) but was set to resist "KO" instead. Fixed.

Hi Frogge. If you still want some practice, I was wondering if you could draw one of my characters. She is an archer, so if you could have her holding a bow that would be even more awesome! If not, that's okay.
